Brilliantly located for Metro. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable, kitchenette well equipped. Local area has everything you need. Perfect location for Citie de la Musique. Would highly recommend for a budget stay!

Lovely staff and check in experience. General area smells like sewage, so keeping windows open let in smells. Keeping windows shut was quite hot and stuffy. Bathroom was tiny, towels had stains, but everything was otherwise clean and fresh. For the price, it was decent. Would consider staying again, for the right price.

Not bad

This wasn't a bad place to stay for a night. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to check in earlier than advertised. The room was a good size, had a well equipped kitchenette with a full size fridge and a table, desk and a couple of chairs. The bathroom and shower was a bit run down. It was all clean enough. Some of the wiring seemed a bit dodgy, one lamp had exposed wires but luckily wasn't working. My friend really liked the garden smoking area. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from another room into the small hours. The bed was really comfy! Would I stay again? Yes. We paid a fair price for the facilities on offer for Paris and it was ideally located right by a metro or 30 mins walk to Gare Du Nord and close to where we needed to be that evening.

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately below expectations. The room itself was just about okay, but the bed was so narrow that I could only sleep sideways. I kept waking up throughout the night because I felt like I was about to fall out, which meant I barely slept at all. The bathroom was also extremely disappointing. It was tiny, had a strong sewer smell, and the shower was so cramped that even a child would struggle to fit comfortably

No air conditioning in Paris is assumed but there were no instructions to use the ventilation unit (maybe it was only for winter) so there was no ventilation in the room unless you opened the window. However, the rooms that face the street are VERY NOISY when the windows are open. Shower is VERY small.

A good, clean, basic place to stay.

Stayed for 2 weeks during a heat wave of 34-35 C. every day for the last week. No a/c but this was in September! As the night temperatures rose, it became unbearable, with no breeze. I'm 74 and needed help. Went down to reception and asked if I could rent a fan, not hoping for much. Immediately they rounded up a tall floor fan and a staff person brought it to my room, no extra charge. From then on it was fine, blowing full blast 24/7 until I checked out. One other thing--the rooms were very clean, but the first time I turned on the bathroom tap there was a bad smell from the drain--not sure why. Bought scented tea-lights and burned them over 2 nights and the smell faded away. Third floor overlooking the inner courtyard, very pleasant, but some people, with the windows all open at night, were quite noisy, laughing and talking--but in Paris one puts up with such things!

Teensy kitchen, but I made coffee every morning and had croissants, baguette, soft-boiled eggs, even did 2 dinners in the micro. Saved a lot on meals.

La chambre n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée, sans être totalement sale pour autant. En revanche, l'entretien laisse énormément à désirer. L'eau ne pouvait pas s'écouler du lavabo, le mécanisme de remontée de la bonde étant cassé. Le personnel à la réception a fait son possible (limité vu le taux de remplissage de l'hôtel dont il nous a fait part) et nous a changé de chambre. La seconde était mieux (surtout un peu plus grande), mais a confirmé les déficiences de l'entretien : tuyau de douche fuyant à plusieurs endroits, cuvette des WC non stable... et ne brillait pas non plus par sa propreté.

Globalement l'établissement est bien et bien placé à 100m du métro Ourq sur la ligne 5. Dommage de devoir payer 15€ pour être arrivé à 15h au lieu de 16h alors qu'il y a déjà plein d'appartements de prêt. Si on peut comprendre de devoir payer un supplément lorsqu'on demande une arrivée anticipée avec une garantie de chambre prête, là j'ai juste voulu bénéficier du fait qu'une chambre était déjà prête pour l'avoir sans en faire une demande express donc sans bouleverser le service...

Localização é o ponto alto. Fica na porta do metrô ourcq. O quarto tem uma cama casal padrão e o box do banheiro é extremamente pequeno. Para uma estadia curta, não vimos problemas.
