Great stay in Paris. We highly recommend this hotel. It’s lovely with great staff, welcoming lobby, good breakfast. The room is excellent - comfortable bed, nice bathroom with shower, tiny kitchenette. We hope to stay at this hotel in the future.

According to my husband and son who stayed there, this was by far the best place they have stayed in for this trip they took The apartment was beautiful, staff were friendly, place was clean and well kept, beds were comfortable and it was the best way to end their holiday.

Excellent Aparthotel in Paris, super clean and spacious. Great value for money. Kind and helpful staff at the reception. Kudos to the housekeeping team for their excellent work. Kind of walking distance to Gare de Lyon station (about 1km), can be tiring after a long day of walking in Paris. But you can take a bus from one street down the station to the hotel.

Great stay and would stay again. Easy to get to local transport (Trains, RER, Metro) and having a Lidl next door made it easy to stock our room’s kitchen area for our stay. Facilities at the property were good. Would just note that the microwave isn’t a duo oven combi-microwave, so cooking was more limited. Temperature control did not work in the room, luckily we stayed in the winter and could open the window to cool the room down. Bed was really comfortable and even though our room was next to the elevator, it was still quiet and a positive experience. Would recommend.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was well served, with many options and very reasonable priced comparing with options around the hotel. The facilities were great, very clean and modern. Only detail was that the housekeepers miss certain things when cleaning the room, like dish towels or dishrags and they do not provide wash cloths. Love the neighborhood and I would go bach for sure!

Highly recommended hotel in Paris

Excellent Hotel close to Gare de Lyon and Bercy stations. We stayed for just 1 night in a room for 4. Very professional and helpful staff right from check-in, going out of their way to help us feel comfortable. The beds and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. Lovely dining area with a kitchen quipped with a microwave, fridge and hot plates. We enjoyed the 24 hour bar in the lobby area as well. My gratitude to James and other staff who made sure our stay in Paris was memorable. Merci Beaucoup! Au revoir!

The property was easy to get to, the staff were very professional, especially James. He was able to offer solutions to rectify an issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom. All of the staff, with the exception of one person, were extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and warm. The room was great -- spacious, comfortable and practical. I needed to do a lot of work at my computer and the table worked well as a desk and there was enough light. Sundeck would have been great if it hadn't been raining when I was there!

Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Staff was very professional and attentive. However, the room amenities lacked items that would have made this stay great. For example, bathroom did not have wash clothes; only two thin towels and hand towels. Could have provided better shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion and more toilet paper. Kitchen was very tiny and lacked space. Did not have dish rack nor paper towels. Bedroom lacked full size night stands - there was little space for items. No dressers in room only a small closet. No space to store luggage. For the price we paid this should have been a higher end setup. Otherwise the location was great.

We stayed at Appart'City for 12 nights while we explored Paris each day. Our hotel was located within reasonable distance of several Metro stations (10-15 minutes walk). It is clean and modern, the buffet breakfast has great food with good variety, and staff are friendly and helpful. The only minor negative was that housekeeping wasn't great- 2 or 3 times we had to get toilet paper or kleenex from the lobby desk when we ran out, as housekeeping had not replenished it. Otherwise a great experience.
