le séjour s'est bien passé , le personnel n'était pas désagréable ni très agréable . En revanche , je trouve que la salle de bain ne faisait pas très propre, notamment avec le papier toilette. Quand nous sommes arrivés, la première feuille était déchirée et le rouleau presque vide . Cependant cela dépanne lorsqu'il y a un concert à côté.

Chambre et couchage au top! Propre Par contre la salle de bain est indigne d’un hôtel! Le bac de douche est une baignoire sabot qu’il faut enjamber de près de 50cm. Alors quand on a des problèmes physiques ou qu’on a un certain âge, il est impossible de l’utiliser. Cela n’est pas mentionné dans le descriptif! Honteux!

Chambre parfaite pour un homme seul, pas loins de La Défense Arena ce qui est très pratique si on viens à Paris pour un spectacle. Personel gentil et souriant , le fait de pouvoir garer sa voiture dans un parking fermé en sous seul est un grand plus.

Il était indiqué que les chambres étaient climatisées or ce n’est pas du tout le cas. Il faisait une chaleur terrible dans la chambre mais un ventilateur faisant un bruit énorme était fourni. Par contre très insuffisant en période de fortes chaleurs. C’était très inconfortable. Chambre propre mais vieillissante.

Bon hôtel bien situé a la Défense Bien équipé avec un coin cuisine Piscine dans l'hôtel Par contre les chambres un peu vieillottes mériteraient une petite réfection notamment celles avec de la moquette au sol
