Everything about this place was great. We really enjoyed the 5 nights we stayed. Getting to the station was maybe 10min walk then 15 min train to st Lazare is my estimate. All very quick and super easy. Huge grocery store e l’eclerk not far. Construction around the area but once that’s finished up it will be even more perfect.

Everything was perfect, from the young receptionist who was extremely friendly, to the perfect room he chose for us, to the car park that was of a decent size to the location of the hotel, just a few seconds away from a major highway entrance! We will come again!

Great apartment hotel. Clean, modern and a great view of Paris from the gym on the 9th floor. Have stayed here 3x and already booked my 4th due to work in Paris. Metro Le stade and some supermarkets are just 10 min walk from the hotel.

I was impressed with the hotel, I read some bad reviews after booking so didn't have high hopes. I was pleasantly surprised, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable, there was bad odour in the room when we first arrived but after airing it out it was fine.

Great hotel to stay. The staff is amazing and helpful. However the bridge crossing the roads from the hotel to easily access the train station is closed now for construction. So you have to walk around 10-15 min to get to the train station. But other than that the hotel is nice and clean. I recommend to all visitors .

Great hotel and facilities but 1. 2nd lift is not working so you have to wait a long time for the 1st elevator to arrive and checking in/out at the reception takes a long time. More staff. Also, dinner options are limited. Rest is great. Great gym and sauna on the 9th floor with a view of the Eiffel tower and La Defense.

Far to Paris Central but Great Hotel

It was rather far from Paris Central and so was subject to very long metro and bus rides (combination) and SUPER far from Disneyland Paris. The hotel room itself though was a great size for four of us, the neighbourhood was pleasant enough, but more options to eat would have been nice.

The pictures posted are deceiving. They showed actual beds and we found an old sofa bed, extremely uncomfortable. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked about the bed. She basically stated I could leave if not happy. They had my money already. Bad mouthed Expedia as well, The safe was locked and they just said they couldn’t do anything to open it for our use. We encountered rats around main entrance, at night when coming back to the hotel. When asked for manager, it looked like she never works. Never available during our five nights: stay. I would not recommend at all. Big disappointment.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. We found uncleanness in the kitchen, the bed linens did not appear clean, and the kitchen counter was dirty. We had to contact housekeeping and request additional cleaning. The refrigerator was also extremely noisy. We reported the issue, and a technician inspected it, but we were told the noise was normal and no action was taken. W could not sleep during nights! During our 12-day stay, we noticed there were no cups or mugs available for tea or hot drinks. After requesting them, staff entered the room to check whether cups were already present and eventually provided two dirty glasses that appeared to have been previously used!! The housekeeping manager was not particularly helpful and did not handle our concerns professionally. In contrast, the front desk staff were always polite, friendly, and helpful. We were also disappointed that the kitchen equipment was incomplete and insufficient. In addition, room cleaning was provided only once every four days, which was inadequate for a longer stay and caused the room to become quite dirty between cleanings. Overall, the cleanliness issues, poor housekeeping service, incomplete kitchen facilities, and lack of response to reported problems negatively affected our experience.
