The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the stay. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were impeccably clean. The room was much smaller than expected, but there was enough room for my wife and I. We maybe could have fit one more. Great stay and perfect location, walkable to the Seine and the Lovre and Musée d’Orsay.

I booked this hotel with only 5 days notice. It was my error to not notice that the hotel did not have air conditioning. I admit, as an American I grew up using A/C and need it when it is hot. I arrived just after the 90 degree temperature stopped, so I was lucky. I would have preferred a few more toiletries. Dispensers for shampoo and shop were offered. There was a hair dryer. All of the staff that I interacted with were amazing. They always offered to help me. they always provided wonderful recommendations and helped with directions.
