This hotel was beyond what we were expecting. Very clean, nice area, the restaurant just beside was super tasty. I highly recommend it. I wished I would have booked all my trip there. To go to Disney from there would have been perfect!

We had a two night stay here whilst visiting Disneyland. The family room was adequate although the bunk bed was quite squeaky when our children moved in their sleep and there was litter under both beds that had not been cleaned. The staff were very polite and helpful and the location was a short drive from the park. Overall we would stay again.

We recently stayed here with our children, and it was hands-down one of the most comfortable family trips we’ve had. Finding a hotel room that actually fits a family without everyone feeling piled on top of each other is rare, but this place nailed it. The Verdict: If you are traveling with kids and need a spot that offers both space to breathe for the kids, look no further. We will definitely be back!

Our third stay here within the last year. Honestly cannot fault it. Never stayed in a cleaner hotel. Staff all so lovely and friendly. Parking is the best and kept our car lovely and cool in the heat this week! Thank you and see you soon for next time :)

Amazing service from Camille with the gorgeous nails 💅 after a long day at Disney. Family room 406 was immaculate with a separate sleeping area with bunks for children which was amazing! The breakfast had lots of choice and the check out was easy, simple and quick. The parking on site was really handy and only €10. Close to Disney and val de Europe 🇫🇷 10/10 would stay again!

Great hotel to stay at if you're wanting to stay in Serris or visit Disneyland Paris (10 mins away). I arrived in the morning long before check-in time and the staff were able to hold our luggage until our room was ready. That way we were able to visit Disneyland Paris and not having to worry about our luggage in the car. Once ready, I got a room with a comfy king size bed that also had a seperate partioned space for bunk beds for 2 kids. I only stayed 1 night but if I were to visit again, I'd choose this hotel again!

Perfect for our stay at Disneyland. Staff ẁere really helpful. Breakfast was great with hot and cold options. Rooms were spacious and clean, with an option to not have cleaned (stay of 2 nights) in exchange for a free drink each at the bar! Would recommended for families.

We love staying in this hotel. So easy to get to - close to Disneyland Paris and such an easy drive in. Room is spotless and the family rooms are huge! All the staff were so lovely, nothing too much trouble. Safe, convenient parking with a lift directly up to the rooms. We will definitely be returning.
