If you get this hotel know that it is nearly 1 hr to and from central paris where most of the activities are. However, in terms of cleanliness and value from double room (particularly the space they offer), and the fact that the metro is walking distance, its still a good trade off! If I come to Paris again, I would definitely come here again!

Great little hotel Very clean, room had everything you need, including iron with ironing board, kettle, fridge, cooking equipment and microwave etc… For the price it was fantastic. Lovely area and only 5 minutes from the metro. Very easy to get to the Eiffel Tower, literally 5 stops on the metro to Javel and then only one stop from Javel to the Eiffel Tower where you can get the hop on / hop off boat taking you to many sites costing £20 for unlimited use for 24 hours, Also this hotel is only a 15 minute walk to PSG Parc de Princes football stadium. The stadium tour is highly recommended if you like football.

I chose this pretty new hotel, because it’s just 30 min. by walk to Roland Garros. The room was very clean, plenty of choices of restaurants and bakeries and Cafes. A little bit loud from the streets, but it’s fine.

I stayed here to be able to walk to Roland Garros for the French Open. It was a perfect location. Room was large with everything I needed for my stay. I did the breakfast - typical French fare - fresh and tasty. I might have been the only American staying there. After tennis I sat in the terrace and had a glass of wine while some young Frenchmen played pétanque. Got an uber very quickly to head to the train station. I would stay again.

Very clean, but poor overall: TV stops working every 2-4 mins, coffee and tea not refilled during the stay.. Most importantly : i've been disturbed by the staff member at midnight, while I was sleeping, he entered my room without knocking (he supposedly scratched the door) apparently because of a water leakage somewhere. I can understand urgent matters, but you must knock before entering an occupied room. Lucky I wasn't a woman, it could have been a very bad experience. I had no commercial gesture at all to compensate. despite great cleanliness, i won't be back here for sure.

とても綺麗でスタッフの方の感じもよかったです。 ただ、暑すぎて夜寝ている間に熱中症になりました。 クーラーがなく、ファンはありますが天井についているため近づけることもできず… 窓を開けてファンを回しても辛かったです。 冷蔵庫も一切冷えません。 夏以外の季節に泊まるのはすごく良いホテルだと思います！

J'etait ravi de ma trouvaille. arrivé dans la chambre j avais des odeurs d'egouts tenaces. le lendemain matin impossible d avoir de l eau chaude en continu pour prendre ma douche. j ai signalé le probleme et onb lm a repondu " Ah bon" . pas de proposition commerciale ou petit dejeuner offert . Du coup on ne peut pas dire que je sois ravi .
