I had a wonderful stay at AC Hotel Paris Porte Maillot in Paris. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the team truly made the experience special. Everyone was incredibly helpful, generous, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and fresh options to start the day. Overall, a great experience thanks to a fantastic team and high standards. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

We called this property literally "the Hidden Hotel". It's location is hard to get on GPS, Maps, other apps Even Taxi Drivers couldn't find it. Directions would lead us down one way streets the wrong way. When we arrived, we found we had a room with a King Bed. I had reserved a twin bed room for my partner and myself. It was close to the Paris Metro but continually we would get lost in our comings and goings from this hotel property. The added area reconstruction did not help matters any at all.

On a été très bien accueilli, la chambre était très bien. En revanche le supplément pour les pétales dans la chambre c’était vraiment limite il y avait presque pas de pétales. Et pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner c’est à revoir, il faut attendre un petit moment pour pouvoir avoir une table car il y a aucune table de débarrasser ni de redressé. Et pour ce qui est du buffet il y a ni assiette ni verre et tout est presque vide c’est abusé.
