From the warm, personalized service to the countless thoughtful details, every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The room was impeccably clean, the pool was simply delightful, and the overall atmosphere made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommended.”

The bathroom was good but be careful, the bath was very slippery, the shower however had good pressure and nice toiletries were provided. It is a period building and there was no AC but a fan was provided and due to the high ceilings the room was not excessively hot. The pool was amazing. Absolutely fabulous! We were encouraged to relax and enjoy the surrounding areas and make use of the...

“When we arrived we have not been provided with a correct room that has been reserved, that makes us feel uncomfortable to be with 2 kids and 2 adults in a small room for 2 people. The host tried to solve situation, but another room has been too hot, 40C outside and no AC in any room. Our rooms had very bad smell of humidity as well. We have not been notified that the dinner has to be ordered in advance, so we have arrived at 7pm and we could not eat or drink there. No minibars available in the...
