The room was good enough, however there was mold on the walls. The host was amazing and he helped me arranged everything, the breakfast was very good as well. However the location is about 25 minutes taxi driver from the historic center which will cost you a $20 taxi. And therefore you will have to pay that every time you want to come into the marina and take a tour. And then going back as well. The area where the posada is located is not very busy and it can feel a bit scary if you want to walk by yourself. The posada concept is great, and the host is also great, however if you want to do tours from the marina and spend time at the historic center of Paraty, you should book a posada within at least 10 minutes drive from the History center and the marina. The wifi worked good, the hosts and breakfast was really good, but please do know that you can not walk to the historic center and the marina or PAraty, you will need to pay $20 or more taxi to get there.

Vamos la: Antes de qq coisa, não posso ser injusto com os anfitriões! duas pessoas muito educadas, solicitas e cortes, e nos deixaram bem a vontade porém temos ressalvas: - As fotos do anuncio não condizem com a realidade do local, - Diversos problemas de luz - Muito longe do centro - oq deve ser mais explicado para que possamos tomar nossa decisão - Chuveiro e vaso sanitarios em pessimas condições. - Arrumação do quarto aparentemente é uma vez só pq, lembri que pedi para arrumar uma segunda vez, e fui questionado. Que eu saiba, os quartos devem ser limpos e arrumados durante toda estadia - As toalhas não eram trocadas diariamente Enfim, não gostei da experiencia de me hospedar nessa pousada

Vamos começar pelos pontos positivos. O Sr. Devan, proprietário, é muito atencioso e educado. Está sempre em contato e ajudando os hóspedes. O Café da Manhã é surpreendentemente bom para uma pousada simples como esta. Tem uma boa variedade e bons produtos no geral. Atende bem. É importante que as pessoas saibam que essa é uma pousada que não fica localizada em uma praia badalada e nem na praia é. Fica em uma área de sítios depois de um bairro simples. Contudo, essa localização trás benefícios: o primeiro é o preço, o segundo é a tranquilidade e o som dos pássaros e animais e o terceiro é que, se você quer fugir do agito, é um local ideal, pois fica estrategicamente posicionada entre o centro de Paraty (20min) e São Gonçalo (10min), que é uma praia muito melhor para banho e passar o dia do que as do centro da cidade. É bom, portanto, para passar a noite ou fazer passeios de barco no centro, mas também para curtir Ilha do Cedro e São Gonçalo. O ponto negativo fica por conta das repetidas quedas de energia. Ficamos no Ano Novo e caiu energia todo dia. Não é culpa em si da pousada, pois aparentemente em períodos de grande concentração de gente, como na virada, a rua cai e fica com meia fase. Ainda assim, é ruim e ficamos alguns momentos sem poder tomar banho e sem wi-fi. Como recomendação de melhora, fica a instalação de painéis solares.

Foi eu e meu esposo passar o carnaval, agente foi muito bem atendido. Antes da gente chega entrarão em contato com agente e passarão o local certinho e a senha do Wi-Fi caso agente tivesse dificuldade com internet . O local é lindo, proximo a natureza e por isso cheio de "borrachudos" (nada que um repelente não resolva), ventilador do quarto é fraco, usamos somente o ar condicionado (que esfriou bem rápido 😊). Café da manhã satisfatório sem luxo! Piscina super limpa! O acesso dentro da propriedade estava um pouco barrento (poderia melhorar a entrada).
