Everything was fantastic. The staff always went above and beyond your expectations. My wife and I stayed here for about 5 days, and it was actually sad that we had to leave so soon. We’re already planning our next trip back to Brazil, and we will definitely be staying here again. Many thanks!!

The property was nice and spacious. Our room was next to the pool and kitchen where every day at 06.00 the staff would start chatting and shouting, which woke us up. Only three tables around the pool for breakfast, which were "reserved" so we had to eat in our room, which seemed pointless as there was plenty of space for more tables.

O café da manhã perfeito tudo bem fresco de tudo um pouco o diferencial é que é servido na acomodação ou em um local bem aconchegante ao lado da piscina. Estacionamento rotativo em frente a acomodação, mas com amplo estacionamento ao lado com acesso fácil para acomodação. Funcionários super atenciosos e prestativos.

Optei por essa pousada pelas avaliações anteriores, mas infelizmente percebemos que essas avaliações não correspondem a realidade. Pontos positivos: atendimento (funcionários muito educados e simpáticos, principalmente o João); café da manhã (bem servido e as meninas da cozinha/copa muito atenciosas). Pontos negativos: limpeza e manutenção (claramente falta manutenção e limpeza nos quartos e áreas comum), piscina suja com lodo nos rejuntes, água turva, o quarto com ventiladores de teto e lustres sujos, teia de aranha no banheiro e Box sujo. Ar condicionado muito barulhento, pedimos para fazer a verificação do ar e providenciar um controle da TV, porém não houve atendimento.

A pousada tem uma estrutura bastante acolhedora, com ambientes bem cuidados pra receber com muito conforto. O atendimento do João e do Gabriel foi um diferencial pra lá de positivo. O café da manhã é outro diferencial, pois além de farto e delicioso, não nos obriga a acordar e comer correndo. Foram dias inesquecíveis... Muito obrigada pela estadia, equipe Refúgio! E, especialmente, agradeço ao João, pelo carinho de nos brindar com uma linda ambientação do quarto pra que celebrassemos o nosso aniversário de casamento.

Excelente.

Estadia incrível. João foi solícito e atencioso em todos os dias que passamos lá. As camareiras e cozinheiras são excelentes. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e você tem opção de agendar para toma-lo no quarto ou a beira da piscina. E falando em piscina, a água é bem quentinha e nosso bebê amou.

A pousada tem uma estrutura boa, o quarto onde fiquei, baleia azul é bem legal, porém o ar condicionado do quarto de casal estava ruim, a 1ª noite, pela madrugada o ar começou a fazer um barulho horrível e a pingar água no meu rosto, tive que afastar a cama, pra tentar dormir. E nos demais dias não pude liga lo, tinha um ar portátil que tbm era muito barulhento. Paguei mais caro pra ter conforto e acabei dormindo com ventilador. Fora que durante a nossa estadia, faltou luz na cidade várias vezes durante 2 dias, sei que isso não é culpa da pousada, mas acho que deveria ter um gerador, visto que a pousada tem uma estrutura boa, é bonita e a diária é num valor considerável médio para alto. Quarto sem acústica, 6h da manhã ouvíamos as funcionárias da cozinha.
