The location was the only thing good. All the rest was below mediocre. Breakfast very poor, the room was dirty with walls full of stains and mold. The bed clothing in doubtful conditions.

Good: great location, very nice staff, good buffet breakfast. Not good: cleanliness has to improve!! my room was on the ground floor with very little light, a broken window which could not close (hence mosquitos), the fridge was smelly and noisy, the bathroom very old. For the price I paid (€70/night) I would have expected much better. Too bad, because this lovely house has a huge potential…

The public area is more wonderful and very well designed, the rooms were plain, not great. But the biggest problem is the service, the front desk lady was the worst. She said we had to pick a boat trip that day for the next day, and tried charge us over twice the price! She said she'd send the link, when she didn't we just walked over to the port after she gave us the wrong directions. We selected a boat and when we got on she kept texting me in capitals on WhatsApp what boat we were on. When I asked why she said she was worried about us. No doubt it was for commission. I never told her. Then the next day when we left the hotel she sent us a picture of a shattered TV and sai we broke it. When I pointed out that the layout of the room was not the same of as as ours and that wasn't even our room, instead of apologizing she just didn't reply. Judging by this I really wonder about her stability if they fire her, I would reconsider this hotel despite the plain rooms. Terrible experience.

A estadia foi ótima, café da manhã muito bom, quartos limpos, equipe educada e a localização é o ponto forte, está localizado no centro histórico, achei muito pratico, pois não precisei pegar carro nos dias em que estive. Achei maravilhoso, com certeza voltaremos!

A localização da pousada é muito boa, próxima ao centro histórico e de fácil acesso. Outro diferencial é que dispõe de estacionamento próprio. Contudo, o atendimento não chega a comprometer, mas também não agrega - o que seria de esperar em uma pousada naquela cidade. Outro aspecto que poderia ser melhorado é a acústica dos apartamentos, pois se escuta tudo o que se fala dentro ou fora.

A pousada está bem localizada pertinho do centro, além disto conta com estacionamento, café da manhã razoável. O único ponto negativo é que o quarto que ficamos o banheiro era pequeno e sem ventilação e também não tinha espelho de corpo inteiro. A tv só tinha 3 canais primários e o sinal da internet para smart tv era péssimo, impossibilitando assistir qualquer canal, pois toda hora travava

Localização do hotel é fantástica. Basta deixar o carro lá e fazer tudo a pé. Quarto ok, banheiro limpo. Café da manhã bem gostoso também. Nada de extraordinário, mas gostoso.

Falta de comunicação entre as equipes da recepção, o que gerou desconforto para nós. Por Paraty ser uma cidade litorânea, grande parte dos hotéis e pousadas possuem um banheiro de apoio aos hóspedes que já fizeram o check-out e desejam tomar um banho para poder seguir viagem. A recepcionista nos disse que teriam um mangueira caso quiséssemos, além da falta de educação na comunicação. Não nos foi avisado que o acesso ao nosso quarto seria por escadas, sendo que minha mãe possui dificuldade nas costas para locomoção. Pedimos uma realocação e não foram flexíveis.
