Nice spot, generally. Beautiful gardens and flowers. Clean, quiet and comfortable for the price. The only thing I was disappointed by was the restaurant on site -- skip it. There are some good places to eat nearby.

We liked our stay here. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and adequate. The one thing we didn’t like was that when they clean the rooms they use some cleaning chemical or spray which left a super strong odor in the room. Otherwise things were great.

This is the most stunning Pousada ever. Simply to die for. Excellent breakfast, the team were wonderful, attentive, friendly and mostly importantly kind and caring. Thank you all for taking such genuine care of us all. We fell in love with this pousada and Paraty. What a place!!

There's some very small things that could significantly improve the experience. In my case: the TV asks for a code which is not available anywhere. The shower has a heater with exposed wires and it starts smoking after some time; this is HIGHLY dangerous and the installation doesn't look safe at all. Not enough power outlets. One of the bed lamps burned out.
