I had a Nice time during my stay. The hotel staff are friendly, food is awesome (just just include a kids menu at the burger house). My kid loved the game area and the pool. There are just fez improvements such as mattress (tooooo soft) and must put the dogs away from breakfast/lunch/dinner area. They bother too much for food.

Depois de uma agradavel estada na suite 96, a mudança para a suite 24, nos decepcionou. O quarto fica ao lado da lavanderia e o barulho das maquinas é constante - a noite inteira - e tinha muitos cachorros latindo durante madrugada Na suite 24, o lencol de baixo estava com o elastico já desgastado e não prendia bem na cama e tbem esta bemmm aspero - muitas “bolinhas” - provavelmente por ser muito velho/usado Neste quarto tbem a tampa do vaso sanitario nao se ajusta ao modelo da peca, portanto fica saindo do lugar qdo usado. Se tivessemos ficado apenas neste quarto, nossa nota seria Zero

Tudo perfeito! Somente a limpeza do quarto que não foi realizada em 2 dias , nos foi questionado se havia a etiqueta “Nao perturbe” na porta do quarto mas confirmamos que não colocamos essa. Ficaram de dar um retorno e não retornaram. Falha grave mas nao tira o brilho da pousada. Voltarei sempre que possível.
