O atendimento é excelente, a localização também. Porém alguns tópicos deixam a desejar: 1- café fora da pousada na areia da praia ( é diferente, mas deveria ter opção interna. 2- barulho: o mesmo quiosque em frente que serve o café da manhã, tem música ao vivo a noite e incomoda 3- devido o café ser lá fora na areia da praia, com chuva não rola, e tem visitantes indesejados como pombas, formigas, marimbondos, mas os pombos nas mesas e nas comidas deu nojo 4- iluminação do quartos que fiquei péssima. 5- chuveiro não esquenta direito 6- não havia troca de tapete no banheiro. O mesmo do início ao fim. Sem toalha de rosto e havia troca de toalhas pq solicitamos.

Ótimo custo benefício para se hospedar em Paraty! Equipe bastante atenciosa, fomos muito bem recebidos. O café da manhã na praia realmente é um ótimo diferencial! O quarto 5 que ficamos tem uma janela que dá pra uma área de passagem que dá pra ouvir tudo, incomodou um pouco. Próximo ao centrinho, dá pra passear bastante a pé.

A pousada fica bem localizada, de frente pra praia e a pouco tempo andando do centro. O ponto negativo foi o café da manhã, muito básico com as mesmas coisas todos os dias. O café da manhã é servido das 8h às 10h, cheguei às 8h10 um dia e não tinha nada pronto ainda. Cheguei outro dia às 8h40 e estava faltando café.

Estadia maravilhosa

A estadia foi maravilhosa. Cheguei na cidade mais cedo e perguntei se poderia fazer o check in um pouco mais cedo e como o quarto estava disponível deixaram. Deram dicas de passeios, o pessoal da recepção é super educado e prestativo. O quarto é maravilhoso, a vista é otima e super perto da praia. Da pra fazer tudo a pé pela cidade. Recomendo e voltaria mil vezes.

Tive problemas com essa estadia, quando fui, na plataforma informava que havia estacionamento no local, porém chegando lá descobri que não tinha, foi um grande transtorno que comprometeu minha estadia. Outro ponto negativo: café da manhã, muitos pombos rodeiam a área do café, inclusive vão nas mesas, tive que ficar atenta e espantando a todo momento. Ponto positivo: a localização é muito boa. Não valeu o custo-benefio, não pretendo voltar.

Pior hospedagem da vida

Pousada extremamente suja, paredes com infiltração, roupas de cama e travesseiros com cheiro de usadas, mal cuidada. Ficamos em um quarto para 6 pessoas, com cheiro muito forte de mofo, ar condicionado não funcionou, travesseiro com traça e banheiro com mofo no azulejo. O único ponto positivo foi a localização na beira da praia.
