A good hotel to stay right outside of Paraty Historic Center. Our room was spacious and clean with hot water in the shower. The breakfast buffet is decent with plenty of bread options and fruit. It could upgrade breakfast with a few more protein options. Eggs and sausage are the only two protein sources available for breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall all a good stay.

I didn't like that I booked 2 rooms and I was giving 1 family room. There is a reason why people book 2 rooms, and it is to have more space. I spent 3 days in a tiny room with 4 beds inside because I was told they put poison on the other rooms to kill bugs, but on the very next day some new guests were there

Localização excelente, bem em frente a praia do Jabaquara, apenas alguns passos. Bons restaurantes e quisoques logo a frente. Os quartos são confortáveis, porém o ambiente é extremamente úmido e gera mal cheiro no quarto, felizmente a pousada oferece desumidificador e purificador de ambiente, o que tornou nossa estadia bastante agradável. Obs. A piscina poderia ser limpa com mais frequência.

Acomodações simples, mas adequadas para quem vai aproveitar a cidade e não passar o dia todo na pousada. Ótimo café da manhã. Pessoal muito simpático. Poderiam melhorar as roupas de cama (lençol de baixo não parava na cama). Recomendo para quem não precisa de luxo.

Bom, mas carece de atenção a cuidados básicos

A localização é boa, mas não excelente. Apesar de ter uma praia em frente, é afastado dos pontos turísticos. Com relação ao atendimento, desde a chegada, foi muito bom. Equipe bem preparada e atendendo com sorriso no rosto. A higiene do hotel deixa a desejar.. Muita poeira em locais do dia a dia, o que significa que a limpeza básica é feita, mas a geral não, coisa bem velha nos quartos, cocô de lagartixa espalhado, encontramos tufos de cabelo no banheiro (por não ter sido higienizado corretamente), alguns acabamentos precisam ser reformados

Pousada charmosa

A pousada é simples e muito charmosa. O café da manhã é simples mas foi suficiente. As camas são boas e os colchões também. A roupa de cama e toalhas são bem fininhas mas estavam limpas e cheirosas. O banheiro é meio encardido mas estava limpo. O ar condicionado é ótimo e usamos o tempo todo. O estacionamento é suficiente. A localização é ótima, porém pra ir ao centro jantar talvez seja melhor sair cedo ou de Uber. O atendimento foi simplesmente maravilhoso, o atendente nos ajudou com dicas de passeios comprados e gratuitos. Recomendo a pousada e voltarei com certeza. Dicas: levem repelente e aparelhos que espantam pernilongos.

Não indico! Experiência péssima! Quarto cheio de baratinhas, baratinhas em cima das camas,cheiro de mofo o quarto ...queriam até me trocar de quarto mas não aceitei por já passar 22:30 e eu mesma comprei SBP para dedetizar os quartos.Toalhas de banho furadas , poidas de velhas , o banheiro do meu quarto não tinha basculante era um buraco somente com 1 tela ... sinceramente minha vontade era de sair correndo 😔. Não sei se meu quarto era próximo a lavanderia pois quando dava 8:00 era um barulho de máquina de lavar gigante Funcionários falando muito alto ...um barulho horrível!!!! Café da manhã,não gostei ! Mesas meladas ...fiquei observando recolhem a louça da mesa do hóspedes mas não fazem a higiene na mesa .

Incrível, eu e minha namorada adoramos passar nossos dias na pousada. O café da manhã super caprichado e com bastante opções. É bem pertinho do centro então de noite conseguimos ir passear. O Paulo indicou o passeio de barco, que foi muito bom por sinal. Todos são simpáticos e solicitos. Com certeza quero voltar mais vezes.

Chegamos no hotel e o atendente informou que nao tinhamos pagado , sendio que ja tinha feito o pagamento no hotels.com. o mesmo foi rispido e depois de um tempo liberou o quarto. O quarto e minúsculo, cama horrivel. Cafe da manhã bom. Localização proxima o centro histórico, porem para voltar a noite e complicado porque o caminho e escuro e sem movimento. Fica em frente a praia , mas parece nao ser proprio para banho. Nao voltaria para esse hotel. Indicaria ficar hospedado mais proximo ao centro histórico. Porque dá para ir a pe e os passeios de barcos saem todos dessa regiao.
