Top notch service and comfortable stay

Supposed to see the Paramaribo Courtyard rooms are updated with beautiful wood floors, no stuffy carpet! Danish’s at the front desk was wonderful, and got me a perfect room, quiet facing a residential area and a view to the might river to boot! 4 Restaurants to choose from, tried the grill and it was really really good! Staff all around the hotel were kind and courteous, happy to greet guests. One of the best Courtyards I’ve stayed at! Well done team!

They need to replace the matraces with softer ones . It was hard to sleep for us on the hard matrasses. At night it seems that the ac is turned of around 2 am till 5 am. Pool needs some renovation. For the rest staff are very friendly. And maintance are on point.

The rooms and emloyees are Excellent. Great breakfast! Very friendly! Only the food in the restaurants near the swimmingpool is not as good as it was before. Pizza undercooked, ceasar salade is not ceasar salade! Wrong green salade used for it.

The place was nice but when I was booking I asked them if it was walking distance to where everything is they said yes it was not nothing was walking distance really like a 25 mins walk which is not ideal especially it was raining. I was greeted by Angelique. I had ran from the place I was staying before and she was very empathetic. I was allowed to check in early for a small fee. She answered all my questions and called me after check in to make sure that everything was up to part.

The cleaning & restaurant service staff is outstanding: friendly & efficient. Sadly, management rents facilities to loud parties, with no consideration for paying guests. My first night I was kept up past 3AM. It took repeated attempts to get a front desk person on the phone in of the lobby. Front desk staff claimed they didn't hear them. Which is possible as my room was 2 floors above the lobby with closed windows. I could see the group and the lobby doors were frequently open, with the front desk less than 50 feet from )the screami ng mob. It literally took calling security to stop the screaming. No management apogy or even a comped cup of coffee for running a ight you pay for.
