“A 5 stars hotel may have rooms of different levels but all must be at least 5 stars, this does not happen with this hotel. In the areas closer to the pools, the rooms are seemingly 5 stars but the rooms that are at the back of the hotel are most definitely not 5 stars. It is as if this area was second class, as it lacks maintenance in the corridors and in the rooms (see photos). El personal es súper amable y no solo te ayudan con los servicios propios del hotel, sino que pueden coordinar renta de carro a la puerta del hotel y recomendaciones para cenar. Está en frente de una zona de bares muy animada y dentro del hotel hay un bar y restaurante muy buenos con vistas espectaculares del atardecer.”
