“Las instalaciones son muy buenas, están a dos cuadras de la playa y al Kos ser una isla muy pequeña todo está cerca como para caminar. Los cuartos donde nos quedamos son espaciosos tipo departamento y tienen cocina. Lo único es que no tienen cortinas black out y se cuela mucho la luz a la habitación, ellos te dejan antifaz, pero igual es molesto. Las chicas de la recepción son increíbles, súper amables y te ayudan con todo lo que necesitas. El hotel es muy familiar, gran opción en Kos.”

“I arrived in late (9:30pm) because of flight delays and the receptionist doing the checkin was very apathetic, to the point of being rude; it felt almost like if my presence there was bothering him. After that I had no issues with anyone, everyone was very formal and correct. Also, watch out for ants in the rooms, never ever bring any food. “We in fact stayed for 7 nights due to booking confusion with change of airline flight date/time. Late arrival & check in but pleasent to find cooked food selection and drinks available even at 11:30pm in buffet restaurant. Positive start. Room 612 overlooking quiet swimming pool area away from main block. Rooms spacious , clean & amenities with mini bar filled daily. Hotel has lovely facilities, welcome & courteous staff across all areas , recep, dining, bar etc. Two theme restaurants,...

“Had a horrible experience for the 5 night stay, given the hot weather, the AC of the room was not working and with repeatedly raising this with the Hotel staff and Front desk, nothing was done and the 5 days i stayed was without AC in the room, maybe the hotel was fully booked or otherwise, the staff did not do anything to make my stay comfortable in the hot weather. Even asking for water to be topped up in the room was a struggle with multiple calls to the house keeping without any success....

“This is a real good place to relax. It's away from the main town center and secluded which was perfect for us. The private pools are insane and the main pool area is beautiful. There is a small private beach as well but it isn't the main attraction. The food was divine. The chef is top notch and the service by the staff is unmatched. We had live music on a few nights and activities throughout the week. The gym was really good too. We have a lovely time and would highly recommend.”
