Loved the pool area…the rooms are a little old looking but very clean. The cleaning staff and the life guards were amazing. The restaurant staff (one in particular) was very rude. The vouchers given on check in has too many restrictions.

Everyone who works at this property or exceptionally kind to all their guests, genuine and wanting to help you have a great holiday, and always providing exceptional customer service with the great smile. I think this was my fifth day at this hotel….. highly recommend. The rooms are large, that are exceptionally comfortable, you’re walking steps from the Atlantis, and you get all the same access to the Atlantis as guess who stay there.

I have stayed here numerous times and while an older property it is very well maintained and the staff are wonderful. Water pressure can be an issue at times. The Atlantis access is a great perk.
