Realizei uma reserva de hospedagem em uma suíte específica, porém, no momento do check-in, fomos alocados em um quarto diferente do contratado, sem qualquer aviso prévio ou explicação adequada. Somente no dia seguinte, após minha reclamação, fomos transferidos para o quarto correto. No entanto, o novo quarto apresentava uma goteira diretamente sobre a cama, o que comprometeu totalmente o conforto, a segurança e a experiência da hospedagem. Diante dessa situação, fomos novamente realocados, desta vez para um quarto de padrão inferior ao originalmente contratado, o que agravou ainda mais o transtorno. Em nenhum momento houve pedido formal de desculpas, tampouco foi oferecida qualquer alternativa de acomodação em quarto superior, compensação ou solução proporcional aos problemas enfrentados. A experiência foi extremamente frustrante e incompatível com o que foi contratado e esperado. Fica registrada minha insatisfação com a falta de organização, manutenção e atendimento ao cliente, esperando que situações como essa não voltem a ocorrer com outros hóspedes.
