Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great The food was good, we enjoy the "all enclusive" deal. the resturants were excellent. Its was too loudy in the room, alot of noises from the outside. They should improve the acoustic insulation.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The room was clean and they have refurbished. The AC however has not been update. We had to call maintenance out as the room was not cooling. They came and adjusted but still not cold. Was advised that the hotel set the temperature and cannot be taken cooler. Lovely choice of breakfast and everything fresh. Overall outdoor spaces were clean. Adult pool is not a thing. Full of children and staff not doing anything. So not a peaceful setting at all. We checked out a night early and went to stay elsewhere
