We had a short 3 night stay at this hotel and couldn't speak highly enough of our experience, the staff were excellent and very attentive, George the bar manager was incredibly helpful and friendly, Henry was the same and, on reception, Agatha was very friendly and helpful! A lovely mini break!

The room was good for our family if four, we liked the breakfast. If you are sensible to smell or noises which we experienced from the halllway it might not be your fit. The location is dupergood - you canwalk to the tombs, the beach - also Lidl is close.

Good location for easy access to beach and bus

There are three pools which have plenty of space for a lot of people. The pool areas are clean and very nice. Plenty of space in the lobby to hang out. Friendly and helpful staff for my 5 days stay. I also had a surprise from the team for my special occasion. Thank you!

A great hotel in a very good position close to the harbour. But what makes this hotel is the dedication that the staff show towards the guests. A very homely welcoming hotel with a very wide choice of food, that is very well presented. We stayed half board and were very happy. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. We would come back.

Hotel was pleasant, the room was basic but clean....room service was a bit hit and miss (some days clean towels, some days no towels....some days bed made...other days not)... We enjoyed the pool and my daughter loved the kids club and entertainment. We were b&b but did have a couple of evening meals which were ok and pretty good value for money but would have probably got boring had we been half board or all inc.... Breakfast had a decent selection so could have a variety...i would have preferred it to be available until 10am as 9.30.seemed a bit early for a holiday (it was always busy around 9am!) Overall i would say it was more like a 3 star as quite dated but for the money we paid i was overall happy with my stay and have to add that all the staff were exceptional.

The hotel is what it advertises, so if you want 5* it not the hotel for you, it needs a bit of tlc, but saying that it has everything you need. The staff are lovely and nothing h us to much trouble, always have a smile and a greeting, no matter what member of staff they are. Food is hit and miss. I was really disappointed with my room ( the "luxury"suite) which unfortunately was nothing like the photos on Expedia. Other than that the hotel was nice, staff were very friendly and hardworking with nothing too much trouble. The meals whilst not overly exciting were hot and tasty.

Bed was comfortable with good aircon and good cleaning. Nice lounge area. Hotel needs a refurb. Lots of rules and signs from the management. Clean and nice staff. Bit old but still okay. Good swimming pool. Free parking space but not a lot of places. Nice evening entertainment and kids entertainment. Matrasses are dirty and white sheets are not really clean. Kids bed was hard, little one complaint. Shower was good with little shampoo and showergels. The hallways are noisy and you here loud guest in your room. But overall a nice hotel to stay. For every item you need to pay a deposit. €5 per swimming towel, €5 adapter charger, €2 per day for a safe in your room.
