This is a nice hotel, conveniently located near the ferry. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable. The only negative was the very expensive breakfast. It was not very good for the price that they charge.

Lobby was a little dated. You could tell that they needed to redo the couch fabric. The room a.c. wasn't working in the main room but they came immediately to work on it. Overall, the room was clean and had a kitchen, dining and living room so like a suite. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a very good experience.

The room was big and clean, covered all the basics for an overnight stay. Hotel was walking distance from the ferry. Downside was the breakfast, it wasn’t really good and it was expensive (island prices).

Convenient location on a major street 10 minutes from cruise port, restaurants & market place. Area is a little rundown. The restaurant, pool & spa looked ok but we didn't use any. Friendly & helpful staff.

The hotel is convenient to the pier; however, not in a great area. Our room that was supposed to have an ocean view overlooked a gas station. It is run down and the furniture really needs to be updated. We had been traveling all night and were hoping to be able to check in a little early. The room was available and they wanted to charge us for another full night.

The hotel is showing its age. The pool decking is dangerous. Our room was large, had a sink and full size fridge but no microwave or other cooking facilities. Also no hanging space for trousers and dresses.Our door key cards had to be reset after each use.
