“Beds were comfortable and linen was clean. Decor could do with a general freshen up but was suitable for our needs. Liked that the rooms were away from street frontage which helped minimise road noise. Owner very friendly and helpful.”

“It was everything we required for a one night stay , it provided kitchen facilities that enabled a meal to be cooked. It is very well situated and easy to find right next to the main motorway from Auckland however there were no eateries that we found close hence the meal cooking ”

“The property was easy to find. The room I stayed in was spacious, with separate kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge-freezer. The bed was comfortable, but it would have been helpful to have an extra blanket, if one did not want to keep the air= conditioner going all night. It is situated near a Petrol station which I found helpful.”

“Being upstairs I was woken early by people underneath me and cars leaving Also the cleaner opened our door thinking we had gone !!!”
