Daniel my personal assistant made this birthday trip for my daughter and I so much special . He arranged dinner at all the restaurants and surprises us with a birthday celebration at the steakhouse. Once we came back to the room it was decorated with balloons, chocolate covered strawberries and he left a birthday note for my daughter. We stay in the Star Class Junior Ocean View Suite. The room was clean and smelling pleasant every day.

Good food. Helpful staff. Clean and quiet room. Nice property overall situated in the middle of the "jungle" with monkeys, birds and wildlife. It would be nice though if you could have the kayaks for more than only one hour at the time.

Everything was amazing. I highly recommend upgrading to Star class. The best excursion was the wellness zip line and horse back riding. The spa was incredible and I used the gym to get my workouts done! There were amazing shows and activities just on the property. We will definitely be back!

The entire hotel is well designed with attention to details. Welcoming new guests with clap and drinks is a very nice touch! There are at least 6 bars. My favorite is the coffee shop Fuel. The staff is amazing. From servers to the entertainment team to the night shows’ team to the lobby folks. All were very pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel 👍

Need more things to do at resort. Need to be able to book a reservation at each resturant without them already full of reservations. That was a waste for us because we couldn’t eat at the restaurants we wanted to. Huge dissapointment!! And we feel like we deserve a refund or complementary stay so we can try the restaurants. Staff was friendly. Need better food at buffet and for breakfast. Need somewhere to get ice cream late at night when I want a snack.

Everything was amazing! Star Class is definitely worth it for the premium liquors and the Star Class pool. One bad thing was that the restaurants we wanted were already booked up and we couldn’t go to them. Otherwise everything was fantastic, room had amazing views and the Foam party was a highlight. Would come back again!

Everything about this stay was great. Traveling with a baby this was a dream. Everything was clean and the staff were great. Not a fan of the black sand beach but that's not in their control, really. I will be returning. I would like to add that Kevin who mainly worked at the bar across from the cabanas was top tier 10/10.
