I recently had the opportunity to stay at your PH resort, and I regret to say that my experience fell short of expectations.
Upon arrival, despite being given a room number, I was asked to return later for check-in, which was inconvenient. Additionally, encountering issues with room access and finding the property somewhat outdated were disappointing aspects of my stay. While the staff were commendable, the inconsistencies in drink quality and the underwhelming dining experiences detracted from the overall enjoyment.
The lack of clarity regarding dining reservations and the revelation about reservation privileges for "STAR MEMBERS" only added to the frustration. As a solo traveler affiliated with a travel agency, such oversights significantly impacted my experience.
Furthermore, the disappearance of my jacket from my rental car, which I intentionally in my vehicle during, though I hesitate to insinuate theft, was concerning and left a negative impression.
In light of these experiences, I feel compelled to express my disappointment and would hesitate to recommend the property based on my stay. I hope this feedback proves valuable in enhancing the guest experience at your esteemed resort.
