It's a great location. The room was more comfortable than I expected from the pictures. It had two comfy chairs and a table where my son and I played games and ate. The beds were comfortable, but, my sheets were stained (cringe). The floors do need to be cleaned as others mentioned which I was ok giving them the benefit of the doubt about since it is in the middle of national parks, the end of the season, and guests probably track in a lot of extra dirt, but they hadn't even bothered to edge the room--lots of dust including a dead moth that had clearly been dead a while. The floors creak badly if you are up at night trying to allow others to sleep. I felt like we heard a lot of sound from other rooms. I was woken up early by someone else's alarm and then their shower was loud and made it hard to get back to sleep.
