I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Ivywall. The food was delicious, with a great variety of choices, and every meal was fresh and flavorful. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is also excellent—conveniently close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend Best Western Ivywall for its outstanding service, great food, relaxing amenities, and excellent location. I look forward to staying here again!

The staff were incredible. My only negative comment is the water is barely warm, never hot. Hot water should be steaming when turned on. Si Ky showers were meh everyday.

Our room is always clean, housekeeping is done everyday. We had a nice view from our balcony overlooking the beach. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options and even the a la carte food is delicious. All the staff are very accommodating, respectful and very helpful. Overall, our stay at Best Western Plus was an awesome experience. 5 stars all the way.

Enjoyed the location, was very convenient being right on the beach. Hotel is nice and clean and comfortable beds. Pool could do with some maintenance. There was way too many tiles missing.

Clean room, amazingly helpful staff, direct access to the Alona beach, easy motor bike parking! The roads to and from the hotels could be better restored and maintained, but it is also the local government issue more than the hotel. Definitely recommended for the next trip!!
