“terrible stay. staff were rude, rooms were not clean at all. these furnitures need upgrade. some chairs were even spotted with bloods...dining at the hotel is pricey and small portion. I was not able to get a taxi because it is too far away from the main street. I will never go back to this hotel again”

“The Cocotree Resort is a modern retreat. It’s accessible from the main road, but once you’ve entered the resort, you’ll feel like you’re in an excluded area. It’s peaceful and serene. There is a restaurant on site with other eateries within walking distance. A shuttle is offered to take you to the local beaches, though Grab car services are very reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. I will definitely look to book here...

“El hotel es agradable, esta cerca de Alona Beach en moto, el hotel pone transporte para ir a la playa a las 5:00 y te recoge a las 21:00h. Tiene transporte de vuelta al aeropuerto/ferry pero unicamente es a las 12:00h. En general bien...no esta mal, pero si quieres no alquilar moto o poder caminar a los sitios esto esta lejos.”

“員工都很有禮貌，基本英文溝通，但飯店可能是韓國人開的或是大部份韓國客人，我們台灣客人在那有點格格不入，飯店房間說明全是韓文，連英文都沒有，我們住了5天，每天早餐都很美味用心，就是帶點韓式的味道，但我們也不排斥，連續居住好像標準不會天天打掃房間，但我們要求天天打掃，飯店也幫我們天天打掃，有基本的牙刷洗漱用品，飯店有摩托車租借500P，不容易打車要先預約好，飯店接送到港口碼頭9人座小巴1000P，飯店也提供換錢服務，美金換披索，雖然匯率沒有很好但能換錢還是方便的，美中不足是沒有洗衣機或洗衣服務，我們去5天有2，3天早出晚歸衣服下水淋雨濕又臭實在沒有辦法送去洗衣店，雖然隔壁有洗衣店但是他跟我們說很忙拒絕我們這種小量，我們跑了好多家才找到願意幫我們洗衣服的，隔壁賣小麵包的店平價好吃，斜對面KTV可以半夜去喝點小酒吃菲律賓消夜，就是有點吵，飯店房間基本乾淨整潔，還是蠻推薦的，CP值挺高的，對了房門要關，不然半夜有蚊子，下雨天時地板有點滑要小心，有差點滑倒，飯店可能也要注意一下，游泳池周圍的地板，除了洗衣問題困擾，其他一切很美好，感覺老闆有用心經營，推薦喲！”

“Beautiful cute little hotel enclosed and centralized with a pool and bar and restaurant area. Had everything you need. The downside was the roads to get there it seems a bit out of the way. Worth it though for all that you get.”

“Locsation not bad other than road to the locsaiton is a massivly messed up dirt road with a lot of patching needing to happen. so getting in a an out is very complicated if you rent a scooter. large rock in road and holes with pile of dirt to patch holes just sitting right on side and to close to wher eypou need to drive. ”

“No tv, no elevator, cash deposit demanded. Beach full of debris . Staff very hard working , friendly and helpful .”
