Badly managed Government hotel

The hotel did not have hot water on our day of arrival. Though we booked the hotel with a credit card on Expedia, the hotel was not able to accept card payments as they claimed that the network was not working. So we had to go out to an ATM 3 kms away and withdraw cash so that we could pay the bill. Altogether a most distressing experience. The only plus point was the location as the hotel was adjacent to the Brindavan Gardens and close to the Bird Sanctuary. Would not stay here again.

Location is good near to garden. Enjoyed a lot here with my kid and family, not satisfied with food. I'm recommending this hotel.
