Our family loved it. The staff makes it even better and they have became family. The lady at the front desk even played with our kids she was amazing when we checked in on Saturday morning and we even ended staying longer than we thought and she helped us out getting another night. We will definitely be back in a few weeks. Our room was clean and loved the view. We have nothing bad to say about the place.

Its a 70s ( guessing) low key, safe place.. next to Sharkeys n across from Senior Frogs ( easily walkable). 100% gulf front. If u want room service n upscale its not your vibe. But I love it.

We stayed there one night before our 1 week stay at a nice house. This place is in dire need of renovation. Bed is lopsided and cheap polyester sheets. It was very loud from very early morning and like others said smelled terrible of weed smoking. The only positive thing about this place is it’s location

Looks are deceiving. The hotel is definitely older and not well. Maintained air-conditioning. Worked great beds are old. The view is great. The room needs some updates especially the bathtub the closet. The furniture was dusty and dirty under the glass. Looks like it hasn’t been washed the floor had a hole in it and was peeling and cracked. There was roaches in the room no hairdryer no Kleenex the shampoo and conditioner was extremely watered down definitely not worth a $400 stay

We had room on bottom floor with nice beach view. Hotel is older fairly well kept. We were happy with a reasonable price for a base camp for 4 days. No complaints and room was better than expected.,would book again. No room cleaning but towels and coffee available at font desk. Parking is sparse. I was offered money for my space.

Perfect small hotel right on the beach. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony was soul connecting. But the best thing here, by far, was the staff. Everyone I came into contact with, even just sharing the elevator, was friendly, helpful, and in a truly good mood. But there was one lady at the front desk who shined above the rest. I'm terrible with names but I think her name was Crystal. She was so personable, so helpful and radiated with a sense of true care and love of others. I saw her handle a bit of a sold out check-in Saturday afternoon that would have unnerved most anyone. Not this lady. She consistently worked thru the rush with patience, kindness, and true felt compassion. What a gift and a blessing she was/is. Thank you to the property, the staff, and to Crystal for an unforgettable experience. And if you are her boss, she deserves a raise.

The property was old, as most are. But, property was clean, the proximity to beach was SO CLOSE, seriously, we were door to sand in less than 60 seconds. If I HAD to complain, I guess I could have used a hair dryer in the room. This is a no frills place. But affordable, clean and close to beach. Maybe not good for a family wanting to cook and stay a week..... but perfect for a girls trip where we just want to beach it for a few days.
