This is a fantastic hotel because of the wonderful view. The room that I had, one bedroom, kitchen, two bath room’s and a living room. Probably 450sq feet The room needed minor improvements like broken toilet seat, chipped tile, and few implements in the kitchen. For the view I would come back again

Fabulous view and nice to have two bathrooms between us. Air conditioning stove top and refrigerator were great. Hot water for showers happened @ half of the time. Washer/dryer melted my hat and part of top because it was so hot and still damp. Microwave worked, but sometimes alarmed and lights and fan turned on by itself. A

Other than the check-in process, the stay was good. Apartment was clean and adequate, swimming pool on the premises was really nice. Walking distance to nice areas. Check in was problematic as no information was given regarding the apartment number prior to arrival. Had to wait and sort through erroneous instructions.

Neighbourhood is quite sketchy, but the building is alright. The pool was great, but only receives morning sun. The noise from traffic (even on the 35th floor) and a zip-line and clubs on the rooftop were not so appreciated. The check-in was horrible as the rental agency did not complete the registration with the property management. I had to wait about 2 hours to have this resolved, but they acted quickly when they finally responded

The check-in process was disappointing and frustrating. The reservation was made through Expedia for two people, but upon arrival, the receptionist was unable to check us in because the information for the second guest had not been received from Expedia. This resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth between Expedia and the receptionist, making the check-in experience stressful and inconvenient. Despite the initial inconvenience, the overall stay was very good and enjoyable. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement, including stained bedsheets and stains on the room walls. Better attention to cleanliness and room maintenance would make the experience even better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and the location was a major advantage, as it provided easy access to various activities and attractions. With improvements to the check-in process and room cleanliness, this could be an even better experience for future guests.

The apartment I got was nice, clean and in a good location. The building felt safe and you had to have a fob to enter and use the elevator which made me feel secure. The security was nice and helpful and there was a corner store next to it which came in handy. Ocean view was the way to go. There is a restaurant on the top floor with activities such as ziplining. The only downside was that the pool was under construction until September 15th. Besides that amazing stay and the host was very helpful. Would definitely return.

The company show you one apartment and then give you another one I pay for a apartment with one bed and one sofa bed and no sofa bed in the room the apartment It was not the same as what was offered Be careful not to get scammed, as happened to me: the owner told me the apartment had been modified—it was being rented out at a higher price, but without the sofa bed.

WORST EXPERIENCE! HOST COMPANY did not send checkin details in a timely fashion as they said they would. My wife had to wait in our UBER for 20 minutes with a sick Uber driver while I called the HOST EHO DID NOT ANDWER SEVERAL CALLS and speak to security who could not help me. Finally I had to speak to Expedia support. We ended up having to book a real hotel which is what we thought we were getting. This is NOT A HOTEL! They should not list vacation rentals as hotels. CHECKIN WAS A DISASTER SINCE THE HOST DID MOT SEND DIRECTIONS AND THERE IS NO LOBBY! There are three towers each with their separate entrance and when you try to checkin at 5:30pm a generous 2.5 hrs after checkin starts and don’t have checkin details it resultas in spending your time and money to call local Panamá number that does not answer and contacting Expedia. They should owe me money for all I had to spend. Expedia did support us well in booking another REAL HOTEL at an added cost. I do hope that Expedia lets people know UPFRONT THAT THESE ARE CRBOS AND NOT HOTELS! This would allow you to know that you need to put in more time just to checkin. Ruined our last night in Panamá. They should be ashamed. Especially Expedia for promoting an accommodation as a hotel which it is not.

They canceled on my 4 hours before my arrival in Panama..I was stuck paying for another hotel last minute. I have yet to receive my refund. The manager / owner of the property was very unprofessional and cruel to do that to a solo female Traveller in a country by herself for the first time..they didnt even offer to help to get another place to stay. My flight arrive 7pm at night and that when I knew the booked apartment that was paid for was canceled by them because the over booked.. not because of nothing I did. So very disappointed I gave yet to receive my money back which was promised to me..

Property was very well located, but regarding what was announced in comparison to what the property was it wasn`t accurate it says it was a room with view to the sea, the room has a tiny window in which sea could be seen but not what expected and shown thru the site photos, also photos show 2 beds it has only 1 bed, the reservation was for 2 persons when arrived the room only had 1 towel, the reservation was for 5 days and they only leave 1 toilet paper roll. Check in was a problem, hotels.com didn`t send the instructions to check in until contacted thru chat, we stood in reception more than 30 minutes trying to make check in. A very bad experience, we contacted directly the owner, it was very helpful and provided another towel.

Extremely Disappointing Stay — Nothing Like the Advertisement I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The apartment was in very poor condition, with cheap materials, visible deterioration, and an overall appearance that was nothing like the property shown in the advertisement. The difference between the photos and the actual apartment was very disappointing. The pool was also out of service during our stay, yet we were given no advance notice whatsoever. The pool was one of the main reasons I chose this property, so arriving and discovering that this advertised amenity was unavailable was extremely frustrating. Had I known beforehand, I would have seriously reconsidered booking this property. The laundry situation was another major issue. The property advertises a washer and dryer, but after completing my laundry, I discovered that the dryer did not work. This meant I was left with a load of wet clothes and no functioning dryer. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had specifically requested liquid laundry detergent, which was never provided, so I had to spend my own money to purchase detergent. It makes absolutely no sense to advertise a washer and dryer as an amenity, fail to provide the requested laundry detergent, and then have a dryer that doesn’t even work. These are basic amenities that should be properly maintained and available to guests. At the very least, guests should be informed before arrival if an advertised appliance or amenity is unavailable.
