Hospedium Princess is just one of the more older styled & furnished Hotel but apart from this.....great location. Lots of variety shops and restaurants close by. Staff was friendly and accommodating i remember Cheki & Grace at the front desk, very nice. Breakfast was not bad at all there were some sort of variety but the fruits were great & fresh each morning. The rooms are clean and fully Air-conditioned. This is one of the more affordable hotel in the city to stay.

It's a mid-age hotel; I am sure it was one of the best 15 years ago. Has some maintenance problems, like a missing desk in the room, the bathtub is old and has some big scratches, the key for the water for the shower broke on the third day, the rug shows the past ot the time, but the worst of all was that 2 of the 3 elevators have missing buttons on the control panel so you can't push the lobby button, at the end of the day, only 1 elevator worked properly. The good thing was the staff; everyone was so nice and willing to help. Location was good too.

I would recommend the hotel. Great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping centres, and other attractions close to "cinta costera". Bed sheets and new towels every day. The price for a room + breakfast is fair. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the pool, but it looks nice...maybe next time :)

I have stayed twice and definitely recommend getting the breakfast included! Everything was great just a few maintenance aesthetics that need to be updated and taken care of in rooms with outdated furniture and some interior damages. Otherwise it’s in a great location and will definitely stay again!

Dated hotel with an older charm but very good for the price. Air conditioning stays on all the time, no adjusting. Situated near Starbucks, Burger King, Pio Pio and some attractions are walking distance. Staff helps a lot even though their English is not the best. No outside food in hotel. Breakfast options are varied.

Review of Hospedium Princess Hotel – Panama Our stay at Hospedium Princess Hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived before check-in, and they were kind enough to store our luggage while we went out, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, once we got to our room, we noticed several issues. The room key card frequently had trouble unlocking the door, often taking multiple attempts before it worked. The room also had a noticeable musty, smoky odor, which may have been coming from the carpet. It took about 10 minutes for the hot water to become hot enough for a shower. The bathroom cleanliness was disappointing. There were black grime spots around the floor, tub, and other areas. I had to report twice that our room had been cleaned but no fresh towels had been left behind. We also placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, yet housekeeping still entered our room while we were away, which was concerning and defeated the purpose of the sign. The elevators were also confusing. Two of them did not have a button for the lobby, so you had to remember which elevator to use if you wanted to get back downstairs. Overall, Hospedium Princess Hotel is an okay place if you’re simply looking for somewhere to sleep after spending the day exploring Panama. However, the hotel feels dated and not particularly well maintained. Also in the photo shows a “casino” please note there is no casino on the compound.

Me and my sister stayed at Princess for 4 nights . Amenities were not provided as listed. No iron, no blow dryer, fridge, no water. All of which are expected to be provided by a standard hotel. Additionally the keys were faulty. We booked two rooms and only got into one of the rooms. No urgent action was taken by staff to resolve this issue and we got access to the other room until the following day. The room that we shared for the night was horrible. Apart from the amenities not being provided the smell of the pillow and sheet was horrible. I assume that it was not changed after the last person used it. We had no choice but to sleep right there until we got access to the other room. On the bright side the views from our rooms were amazing. The hotel is located in the heart of the city so we got the entire view of the city and the hotel pool from our rooms.

I will start with the positives. The staff is amazing! Super nice and polite and will help you and answer any questions you have. The price for the hotel is also amazing. The AC worked amazingly and we had it at the lowest temperature all 5 days we were there. The property on the other hand is nothing the like the pictures. The property is old, smells musty, like mildew and mold. IT SMELLS HORRIBLE. The incense and air purifiers they use do not mask the smell but blend in with the mildew smell. The rooms do not have any refrigerators or microwaves ! Me and my partner were wondering why? Because we wanted to have cold drinks or take leftovers. Well, we soon found out why!! COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. GERMAN COCKROACHES! When we first discovered them we did not realize the extent of the infestation so we asked for a different room. They gave us a different room the following day no questions asked. However, it only took a few hours to realize this room had more. We decided to stay because all of our tours were all day tours and we would not be at the hotel at all. Additionally the tours already had our pick up address. They are everywhere. My partner even found one in his shoe and on the bed. We made sure to always keep the lights on even to sleep and have the AC at the lowest temperature. We put everything on on the table shoes and luggage and everything zipped up at all times. Nothing touched the floor other than our feet with sandals on. And NO FOOD OR SUGARY DRINKS !!!!
