This seemed like more of a motel than the hotel it is advertised as. We encountered loud guests, a neighbor with a run-in with management, and cigarette butts everywhere. Our room was clean enough, we were provided with fresh towels and beds made up, so the room itself was good. The internet service wasn’t great.

The hotel and pool area was extremely clean! We were close to everything without being on the main drag of Panama however a hot breakfast was advertised and was not provided. We were disappointed in that as we book with Choice brands because of the hot breakfast since we travel with a child but other than that we would stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was really peace and quiet staff did not bother us, and check in was smooth. The checkout was as well. If I come to Panama again you will be a choice.

Clean but questionable. Needs maintenance done.

Was clean. Dated. Holes in the walls. Broken switch fixtures. No mat in tub - very slippery. Beds hard. “Upgraded” by manager to 2 doubles instead of 1 king size. Much easier for a couple celebrating 25 years to sleep in a king size vs double. Person at front desk would not switch it to what i actually ordered. Smells like weed and seems to be people living there on the 2nd floor. Suspect. Breakfast was better than anticipated. Pretty standard faire.

We needed to find a place to stay before we could check in our condo in Panama City beach. We were pleased with this hotel. Glad we found it. It was comfortable. Check out time 11:00 was a good time.

Small hiccup when we arrived!! Was there at 3:30, had three rooms reserved, only two where ready to check in , took 10-15 for them to decide what to do for us , rooms where no where near each other!! Thankful rooms were clean and comfy inside !! Bed was comfy and I rested well!! We ate breakfast there, they had a waffle maker, cereal , danishes and Jimmy Dean sandwich’s !!

We had a great time at PCB. We were only in the hotel for sleeping and showering. The a/c ran great. The shower was nice and did not run out of hot water. The massager head was nice. There were bottles on the shower wall of shampoo and conditioner. The tv was very nice. The bed was kinda lumpy but typical of most hotels I've stayed at. The pillows were nice and fluffy. I slept fine though. There was a couch in our room that converted to a bed. There was no noise so after a busy day at the beach it was nice to come back and be able to relax in the peace and quiet. We did go to the breakfast and it was well stocked, very clean and tasty. The only negative was our room smelled like weed when we first got there but once the a/c was on, we didnt smell it anymore and that's with multiple trips in and out of the room. I would definitely book a room here again in the future. It was close to the beaches and conveniences. The staff were nice although we didn't have much interaction with them. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cheaper but nice place outside the busy touristy areas.

Overall, very average (maybe 5/10). I had booked a room with 1 king bed but when I checked in I was given a room with 2 twin beds. It wasn’t too big a deal, but still an inconvenience. The room was very dark; there were only overhead lights in the bathroom and a few lamps around the room. I had also called them after I originally booked the room and they told me there would be a $75 safety deposit, but when I arrived I was told the deposit would be $200. I booked a nonsmoking room but the bed and room smelled like cigarette smoke. The breakfast was pretty good though.
