Great little old-time condo property in the midst of all the other towering buildings. Literally right on the beach - gorgeous views from the balcony. Great place to stay for a few days!

Second honeymoon vibes

Our stay was awesome. We cooked dinner on the outdoor grills(gas & charcoal grills) very clean. The kitchen amenities were of nice quality. The grounds were pleasing to the eye and access to the beach was perfect!

We really enjoyed the property. Close to Pier Park and dining. Very comfortable for 4 people and right on the beach. These are timeshare units and they do require that you strip the beds and bag linens and dirty towels, wash dishes and take out the trash prior to departure. They will do it for a $50 fee

A different room may have made all of the difference of my review. Check in was great! Friendly, fast and easy. The room on the other hand was on the second floor, end unit, right in front of the pool. Room #201 the ramp wrapped around our balcony and was soooooo noisy with kids running up and down it. No privacy from our balcony or with our curyains open because everyone at the pool can see everything. The toom was clean and stocked wrll, but the bed was absolutley terrible. I cant say enough how bad the bed was. Wr hardly got any sleep the entire 4 night stay. The ac worked great and the price was affordable. Like i said...a different room could have made a total difference in pur experience

Quiet, beautiful beachfront property

It's right on the beach and had a gorgeous view of the ocean! They didnt have any bathroom things like soaps and such. Its a b&b type of thing or timeshare property so all the things you need in the kitchen are there. Kinda wish they had some coffee for the coffeemaker though. It's a bit outdated, looks wise but it did the job for a weekend stay.

The staff were very nice and helpful. There was a mix up with our room,but it was quickly taken care of. Nicely remodeled and very clean. Only complaint is the sliding door did not work properly and was very hard to open and close. Hopefully that will get fixed soon.

Great!!!!

Great view and location! Room was clean and spacious. Only downside is there is no elevator 🙁 but on the upside it is only 4 floors, 16 steps per flight. Not too bad. They have beach towels too. They only exchange towels on Tuesday and Friday they freshen up the room so make sure you get what you need. Parking is good but they are about to lose some of it with the new sidewalk construction

The rooms were amazing and the views were spectacular. The room was clean and well put together. Very little water pressure in the shower unfortunately. There was also an incident where I felt unsafe. I addressed this with the front desk and all they could say was sorry and that this isn’t the first time this issue has been reported with these owners. Not only did they say they just say they were sorry but they later gave these guys my physical description and the men further harassed me the rest of my stay, was even told they were given my room number. Other than this problem the condo was clean and quiet.

Stayed for 2 nights with my boyfriend and it was a cute little room with everything you could need. A little outdated but overall a good place to stay and perfect beach view! Would recommend to anyone not wanting to stay in a large condo! Staff was also very pleasant!

Front desk manager and staff very friendly and accommodating. Felt like visiting a favorite Aunt (family feel) relaxed atmosphere, beautiful beach and ample parking. The rooms a nicely furnished, large and clean. Excellent location to everything. Was traveling solo (me trip) but can see small families would really enjoy staying here.

Lo mejor es la ubicación. El hotel de encuentra frente a la playa y se puede acceder caminando. Sin embargo el hotel de encuentra descuidado. El control remoto de nuestra habitación estaba roto y el secador de pelo también. La limpieza era acceptable pero podría ser mejor. El servicio es nulo. Pero imagino que eso tiene que ver con el tipo de hotel
