We booked this property last minute due to availability. The price was reasonable and allowed us to access the beach easily even though we didnt stay on the beach side. We were able to buy ice for the cooler right at the front desk. Basically we just needed a place to shower and nap...it worked well for us. Would book it again.

we came down for the gulf coast jam and the condo we rented had been sold and we were not notified by the owner or vrbo and after 2 hours of going back and forth with Vrbo we finally got a refund and were able to find a last minute rental at the Palemento Thankfully ! The rooms balcony was beach view and beautiful!! There was a really nice pool as well !

From check in to check out the customer service was extremely wonderful. At the time of check in there was a man who wasn't friendly to the front desk clerk Anthony but that didn't stop Anthony from doing his job or being polite to him or anyone else. Great job Anthony! Wonderful place ill definitely be booking my next stay here also. The view of the ocean every morning was breathtaking. Thank you for a wonderful vacation

Slow elevator, one broken. Carpet in room dirty. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Pool is great but people put towels on lounge chairs to reserve them and then went down to the beach to swim. I saw this several times. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and I would stay again.
