Did not have room - overbooked & had to find a different hotel. The manager was VERY kind, but I lost over an hour trying to resolve the issue and ended up spending more money on another place that was not as nice.

BAD, very BAD, Hotel owner DOMENICO, do not confirm my reservation, because DO NOT accept the discount fee that the HOTELS.COM offered to me on the web ALSO HE TOOK MY MONEY FORM MY ONEKEY CC, and, DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE, AND IS REFUSING TO GIME BACK MY MONEY TO THE OKEY CC (Card of Hotel.com group) ITYS IS NO A HOTEL< ITS IS A LOW LEVEL MID SIZE HOUSE IN A POPULAR UNSAFE LOCATION. ALL PICS ARE FAKE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THSI POOR LOCATION
