Booked a condo thru Expedia, the condo we got wasn't even pictured in the listings. Dirty, poorly maintained, in need of new furniture and renovations.
Our parking passes weren't in the room and only got delivered on the third day. While it shouldn't take that long to print a parking pass, we were denied parking, got a warning letter saying our car would be towed and had to walk with bags full of groceries from a public parking lot to the hotel which was quite a distance and also stressful. Finally in day 3 at 4 pm our parking pass arrived. Fast forward a few days and a day before checking out we got a message that check-out time is at 9am (not 10 as it states on Expedia) considering they expect you to do quite a clean up and the time needed for packing, visitors need to plan to wake up at 6am. They were clearly in the wrong but didn't even try to make our stay a little less stressful. We decided to leave that same day. I will be adding photos of the room and ridiculous text messages between us and this company suggesting we look for parking passes in the kitchen cabinets, closets and under the bed. Rent your condos from someone else more professional.
