We loved this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. The free continental breakfast was plentiful (the most choices I have ever experienced). The hotel is located in an area with great restaurants and fast food (if you are on a budget ). It is also minutes walk from the metro station. The room and bathroom were clean, with daily day service. Overall, we enjoyed this hotel and will definitely stay again whenever we are in that part of the globe.

Great improvement to the hotel compared to last time we visited. Very modern and impressive lobby area; room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and courteous. Great great location! Very safe. Close to metro and other restaurants, shops etc. staff was super kind and helpful at the bar, restaurant, bellmen and front desk- all outstanding customer service. Breakfast was great! Excellent coffee. The room was clean and the bedding as well. Gym and pool were well equipped and very clean. The only complaints I have are they could have coffee maker in the room and brighter lighting. My room felt dark and it’s hard when doing some work in there. Those two items would make it more comfortable for a business traveler. I’d definitely stay here again but would say add the coffee maker in the room.

I had a really lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily to ensure all was well and toiletries and towels were replaced adequately. The hotel staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant had plenty food options for lunch and dinner. Overall the stay was excellent and I will definitely choose here again should I return to Panama in the future.

Friendly staff and the bed was very comfortable as usual. Breakfast was good and I noticed the restaurant was remodeled to a modern esthetic. It was an overall good stay and I will be staying there again on my next trip to Panama.
