The employees were friendly and effective. Also, the gym was well equipped. Given my satisfaction, I plan to return. One thing that will make the hotel more family friendly is to have an indoor play area and ball pit for the small children of guests.

My experience at The JW Marriott of Panama was beyond exceptional. ALL of the staff working from housekeeping to the cooks were very friendly and courteous the building was well maintained and updated the amenities were phenomenal the restaurants and bars especially LIMA had the BEST FOOD I eaten 3 days in a roll 😋 there hats off to the cooks The shrimp fondue and seabass dumplings were to die for

Yes we had a wonderful stay. The view of the ocean, pool, & Panama City across the water was excellent from a lovely big balcony. The buffet breakfast was EXCELLENT. Modern and clean hotel in Panama City, right downtown. Lobby is on the 15th floor, with the rooms above and restaurants on the 14th. Room was shaped differently (like a triangle) but the shower was very big and it also included a big tub. Good views from the giant windows. Staff was professional.
