Not is hotel. Is residence, and very small, and anytime you go out; you need leaving the key, and paid for 4 days off. 🤔🤔. Not recommended.

I was given room key attached to a piece of plastic. It was difficult to tell exactly which room number it was. I unlocked what I thought was my room and saw someone laying in bed unaware I opened the door slightly. I closed the door and asked a housekeeper which room I was in. She told me. When I entered my room the overpowering smell of moth balls was present. I found a room elsewhere and left after an hour. Staff was nice, I didn’t feel the need to go complain but I didn’t feel secure since my key opened another room. The surrounding area was a bit rough as well.

El control del aire no funcionaba entonces no pudimos regular el aire. Pedimos otra cobija y no nos la dieron El acensor tenia mal olor y estaba el boton dañado. No tenian plancha para la ropa y tampoco daban el servicio.

Tiene mucho potencial es céntrico y muy buena atención, pero deben darle más mantenimiento al mismo hotel. La puerta de la regadera estaba dañada y oxidada, los controles de los a/c y de la TV están pegados con cinta adhesiva. Eso es lo que pienso que deben mejorar por lo demás muy bien todo.
