Place is convenient for local shopping local restaurants and access to train. The room is basic but not in a bad way it not luxury but it was clean and staff were all friendly I was there for a short stay and had no complaints.

As long as I have a clean room, a clean bed, clean bathroom, some internet, and a good restaurant on site, I am happy. This hotel had what I needed for that moment. It was inexpensive, the staff was nice and helpful, they always gave me fresh ice and water, the cleaning staff were super nice. If you give them a tip, they go the extra mile. The restaurant was convenient, I am a breakfast person and they had a nice breakfast and good coffee. The only thing that didn't work for me was their internet was not working well. I work on my computer and am taking classes online and I need good wifi. So I would have to leave and go somewhere else to get wifi. It was the only inconvenience. Besides that, I slept good every night, the area wasn't noisy, the hallway wasn't noisy, there was a police man on site most of the time which was interesting. The air conditioning was too cold, so I had to ask them to lower it for me because I am too short. Besides that, it was super efficient. The subway was walking distance, Indrive was my personal choice for transportation services because they were less expensive than Uber and the drivers were more professional. I would stay there again. Very centric, close to downtown shopping, Casco Viejo, the ocean walk or coastal belt / bike trail, where folks walk and exercise. Its walking distance from super markets. Its convenient.

The hotel staff were nice and rhe room was clean and as expected for a budget hotel in this part of town, my issue is with the attached restruant. The staff are rude and ufreindly and refused to give me my jubilado discout that is the law and that I have the right identification for. Shameful disrespect to a panamanian resident.

Nice budget hotel

This is a nice cheap hotel. Everything works and it is clean. It is very close to a metro station. If you are looking for a budget hotel, this one is very nice for what you pay. As for hotels.com (expedia), big fail. I accidently booked the wrong dates. I tried to change the dates, and they said the hotel wouldn't do it. I called the hotel, and they said they would, but since it was done by expedia, I had to go through expedia. I called expeia back, and they had someone look into it. 3 days later, they said they could not get a refund, when all I wanted to do was change dates. So I show up when I needed to be there, and the hotel changed the dates for me.

Inexpensive clean hotel

Inexpensive hotel , clean. Good restaurant. They did charge me $15 to wash one of their old sheets which was slightly soiled.
