The majority of the staff were amazing helpful. We found transportation from and to the hotel in the same hotel and the gentleman’s were very helpful showing us around and waiting for us. The breakfast was very limited and the same thing every day.

I was not impressed by the breakfast options but everything else was excellent. We had so much fun and though we didn't know much Spanish, the staff were friendly and they attended to us whenever we needed something. The hotel felt like a home away from home because of the ambiance. I loved the environment also, it had a lot of restaurants around the hotel which was extremely convenient.

I liked the location, walking distance to just about everything, their gym & pool areas offer much needed relaxation! The restaurant is convenient & the staff -- minus one, are outstanding, but not having some items frequently is not good! That one staff member was asked on 3 occasions to replace the cold coffee & just ignored me? Overall excellent stay, even though i didn't get the room I signed up for & was promised a change, that never occurred, it was comparable. The rooms could use a microwave or have one accessible for guests. Update curtains & room furniture!

The lobby área was good but the room was in need of an update. The fabric on the chair was nearly worn through. The wood furniture was badly scratched. The tile floor even had a gash in it. The air conditioner work initially but it was too cold. Then it stopped working altogether. No response from the staff. The elevator worked well but were very slow. Most of the electronic equipment in the gym was out of order. The Panamanian-style breakfast was good. The location was great, but there must be better properties to choose from.
