I like that in the preferred lounge bartender russell was very helpful and I was there from September 2 to the seventh and the amenity worker Oscar by the pool was very helpful housekeeping was good and cleaning the rooms and everything. All the staff was very respectful and very helpful.

Pros: Honeymoon decor and dessert upon arrival. Staff were nice and daily housekeeping was great! Multiple food options and 3 restaurants for dinner. Cons: Boring. No activities or entertainment. Everyday was routine. I didn’t like the cocktails and food, but my husband did.

The hotel is excellent whilst the rooms were not fully outfitted with modern amenities inside it was extremely clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful however the highlight for us was the food it was EXCELLENT at ALL the restaurants.

Resort was nice. Not too many food options. Not really much to do as activities were limited. No entertainment. If you want a nice peaceful stay though, this is the place. Not too far from the city where there’s lots going on. The phone extension don’t work and at times no one answered to provide service.

Room was well equipped with everything we needed including a fully stocked fridge with a variety of cold beverages and a coffee station. Food was very good. Staff was extremely pleasant and professional at all times. The bathroom in the guest room could use a deep clean especially the shower area. The resort is showing its age however Overall a very good experience.

We loved our stay and would definitely return. I would highly recommend the upgrade to the bigger suite and private pool. I would've preferred if the lounge was adults only. The food and drinks were great and the staff was very attentive. We would consider returning and vacationing here again!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food at the specialized restaurants were really good.The property requires a little upgrade,bedroom walls, corners could use some cleaning there was a slight mold build up behind each face basin. One downer for me was the number of iguanas present on the property. I felt uncomfortable going by the pool and beach to lounge. In fact a very large one blocked my path enroute to the beach and I was forced to head back to my room.
