The hotel is excellent whilst the rooms were not fully outfitted with modern amenities inside it was extremely clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful however the highlight for us was the food it was EXCELLENT at ALL the restaurants.

Food at the specialized restaurants were really good.The property requires a little upgrade,bedroom walls, corners could use some cleaning there was a slight mold build up behind each face basin. One downer for me was the number of iguanas present on the property. I felt uncomfortable going by the pool and beach to lounge. In fact a very large one blocked my path enroute to the beach and I was forced to head back to my room.

Room was well equipped with everything we needed including a fully stocked fridge with a variety of cold beverages and a coffee station. Food was very good. Staff was extremely pleasant and professional at all times. The bathroom in the guest room could use a deep clean especially the shower area. The resort is showing its age however Overall a very good experience.

We loved our stay and would definitely return. I would highly recommend the upgrade to the bigger suite and private pool. I would've preferred if the lounge was adults only. The food and drinks were great and the staff was very attentive. We would consider returning and vacationing here again!

An Unforgettable Stay – Exceptional Service and Beautiful Resort! Had an amazing Ladies Get Away at the Dreams Playa Bonita Resort, it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The property is beautiful, well-maintained and is the perfect blend of cozy, relaxation and sheer comfort. The experience that sets this resort apart, is the amazing staff. Every single staff we encountered was super helpful, friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was extra special. Huge shout-outs to Clara for an amazing massage, Edmundo, Alejandro, Kevin, Russel, Luis P, Aramis, Eric, Jorge and of course our best driver EVER Joel ! They truly made us feel at home and we did not want to leave . We are already talking about our next trip back and highly recommend Dreams Playa if looking for an exceptional vacation experience !I

The Dreams Resort in Panama has a Beautiful Exterior. The food in the restraunts was execellent. The design of the outsife area with pools and near ocean is great. We were in the prefered pool area nice and quiet adult only but the regular area pools were beauitul and even a pool for little ones was designed well, The rooms are okay it is an older property and the maintainance is done as well as can be expected. for an older property. I must admit I was dissapointed but we ended up only sleeping there so it was fine. They restocked and cleaned every day which is helpful for the humidity. Things dont dry fast here. The staff was very helpful and kind,respectful and sweet. We enjoyed our stay. We didnt use the prefered amanities except for the pool area. It was a nice relaxing stay.

This resort was beautiful out doors and inside the room might need a few upgrades but was still comfortable! All restaurants had delicious food!! Something for everyone ! Stuff was amazing!! The spa was amazing also I went to spa two days in a row ! There lots to do on resort and if you just want to relax you can!! I really enjoyed my birthday vacation at this resort!

This is a beautiful and quiet, well maintained hotel. The proximity to Panama City (20 min) makes it very attractive. I found the staff being very friendly and helpful. However, I just give 4 stars because there is a lot of opportunity to improve the buffet. The meat section can be enhance with more variety and attention to the customer requests . In regards to the restaurants, they are good, being the French the best one. I recommend this hotel if you want to have the best of both worlds, nature and city
