The room was smelly and the sheets had stains on them. Although the bed was made and the carpet vacuumed, those sheets should have been replaced instead of washed. The carpet needed a deep clean. The whole room simply needed to be completely redone. Even the air was stale. I certainly will not ever stay there again.

A non smoking hotel, smelled like smoke the minute we walked into the lobby. Tub did not drain properly, sheets and pillow cases dirty and stained. We basically had to do a cleaning to the room ourselves.

Very dirty! Carpets stained our feet black, sheets weren’t changed, bathroom wasn’t cleaned, with hair on the shower walls. Smelt of cigarette smoke even though it is posted as non smoking. Asked for a portable crib and was given a very old pacnplay that would stay open. Would NOT recommend staying here! The first room they gave us the ac was broken.
