The views are so good from the living room and each of the rooms. Loved the view of the city from the bedroom and of the water from the living room. The bed in the master bedroom is amazing had the best sleep ever. I really loved that the building felt so safe with 24 hour security and key fob entry and elevator. The pool was also very nice with a great view at night and clean as well.

The view from the apartment was beautiful but the apartment wasn’t clean enough, the blankets were dirty. The staff at the lobby were extremely rude, they had such an attitude towards the guests, there were a couple but Maria Puello was the one with most actitudes, she will always have a face. The only staff member who didn’t have such an attitude was a guy named Carlos Aguilar.

Really nice! I was a bit worried after reading a few bad reviews, but this exceeded expectations! We said in 28B, it was absolutely gorgeous, the views took our breath away. We ordered Uber Eats, got it in minutes. Safe property and slept well in AC rooms. Definitely a good option!

The ocean was visible from the room. We had 2 issues, first being we only getting one keycard since the keycard is needed for AC and lights. 2nd issue the handle on on of the rooms broke and locked some of us in a room and had to go downstairs to get someone to open the door. They said they would come back to fix it and never did.

The property is located in a perfect easy accessible location. It was very clean and dmall essentials were missing like salt sugar, the 2nd bedroom was missing the ac control so my son and mother had to sleep in the living room. Theyofferedtocome during hours that i had planned tours in the city. So we never got that fixed. Otherwise theplaxe was very nice.

Terrible customer service. Apartments have many defects. Constant AC and Hot water issues. Don’t waste your time selecting a nice apartment. They will assign you to any apartment they choose and give you excuses about maintenance issues in the apartment you actially reserved.

STAY FAR AWAY! Where do I begin with rating this property? We specifically chose to stay with this host because we stayed in one of their other units earlier this year. It was comfortable and had no issues. We expected the same with this particular unit. We were horribly wrong. For starters, we had to ask for a second key to enter the apartment. Last time we automatically got two keys. On the second day we had a flood in the guest bathroom. Water was literally filling buckets as it fell from the ceiling ventilation. Not only was this a slip and fall issue, it was a potential for an electrical fire with all that water. All we got was a "sorry for the inconvenience, just don't use that bathroom" response. No sense of urgency and not a care in the world. 2 days later the entire bathroom ceiling collapsed. It took a total of 11 days for them to send someone to look at the problem. As for the rest of the apartment... the kitchen drawers were held together with screws sticking out from the outside of the drawers. The power outlet in the main bedroom was loose from the wall and had no power. The headboards in the 2 guest bedrooms were coming undone and the posts could have easily fallen to hit those sleeping in the head while in bed. The glasses on the kitchen table had water in them which told us they didn't bother to wash the used plates, utensils and glasses. Our complaints went unanswered until we said we would tell Expedia. Not Happy!

The property was great! The mattresses were confortable. The only thing that was challenging was the getting to the tight parking garage, for experienced drivers only! Other than that we had a great stay! I would recommend!!

Apartment is in a great location. Staff were super friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to Hwy 1. Pool is really nice. If I was local and driving into the city for vacation some of these would be irrelevant but traveling internationally you don’t really want to pack some of essentials that I would have expected to be provided. Downsides - VERY minimally appointed. 2 pots and 1 small skillet. Needs a good cleaning. No can opener, mixing bowls, cork screw, pot holders etc. Bathrooms need mats and more towels, pool towels. Kitchen drawer was missing a back so couldn’t really put things in that drawer.

Absolutely beautiful property! Amazing view, easy to get in and out and internet and air conditioning. We spent a lovely afternoon at the pool overlooking the city. Communication was terrible but that was the fault of Expedia. Owner communicated with me very well, but I couldn’t reply back.

it was a very disappointing place air conditioning not working main leaving are ac leaking overall dirty no maintenance no recepction only a security guard parking lot horrible small and narrow to go tru the property manager Edgar Urbaez was useless and rude not recommended at all i will never go to this property i hope the owners know who’s running the apartments even the air conditioning repair personnel said how bad it the maintenance on the building stating Edgar Urbaez runs around circles to not repair anything is worthless but i guess when is a apartment complex lots of things can go wrong did even get my money back btw only two towel no cleaning lady its just horrible make sure you do your research if you don’t want to go to the hassle of staying at this property
