Staff was helpful, the room was clean although I thought it would have better bathroom amenities. There was also a lot of groundskeeping activity very early on Sunday morning. The food was delicious, overall it was a great and relaxing stay.

Just 10min away from Panajachel, this hotel is a beautiful property, with nice,clean and comfortable rooms. The view to the lake and the hotsprings inside the hotel made it worth every penny. Would stay there again.

Lovely hotel

Hotel was great value for the price. Rooms were comfortable but walls are a bit thin, can hear a bit of noise sometimes. The hot spring pool is a huge bonus, spent a lot of time in there. Restaurant was good ate a couple of dinners there. Good view of the lake too.

AMAZING! This hotel is the best option on the entire lake, especially in this price range. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Lake. The staff is amazing, rooms are nice and the view is beautiful! The food at the restaurant was also delicious!
