Service from the front desk or let’s set costumer service was really bad, the room was not that good, very hot when we got in there. The reason I’m given two stars is for the wonderful view of the lake!

La vue du balcon est tres jolie! L'eau chaude fonctione seulement 30 secondes, donc on peut dire q'il y en pas. Pas moyen d'avoir un Uber a l'hotel pour aller en ville.

The room had holes in sheets, bugs on floor, no food or coffee on site. We had to walk a thousand stairs to get to our room with all of our luggage. Amazing view of the volcano, though with a balcony. No cushion on the seat to look at the volcano.While you're sitting on the balcony

Is a quite place away from to much noise but close enough to walk into town or take a tuck -tuck . Staff were extremely helpful and kind . This property has wonderful views of the lake .
