Casa de Palopo was truly an amazing experience. The rooms, grounds, pools & restaurants were impeccable. The staff was extremely helpful, gracious and accommodating. From swimming in the lake in the morning, to breakfast overlooking the lake, spa services and lovely amenities, our stay was impeccable. Can't wait to come back and enjoy this beautiful place again.

Our stay at Casa Palopa was amazing. Not only was the property beautiful, but the service stood out above all else. Communication was very clear and exceeded all our expectations. The transfers were very well coordinated and our driver Martin was excellent! He picked us up from Antigua and then taking us to the airport early in the morning to catch an early flight. He even turned the car around when I left a valuable in Antigua, very kind and understanding. I highly recommend this hotel and it is well worth the price. Above all else the food and the staff were phenomenal, I highly recommend and I hope to visit again soon!

This oasis is even better than the photographs. Blown away by the beauty of the property. The hotel was at capacity but I felt like I was the only guest and had the pool to myself most of the time. Don’t hesitate or waste time looking at alternatives.

This part of our journey through Guatemala was to stay at this hotel and relax, and we did just that. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, but be prepared to climb stairs and steep inclines but not to worry, they are very accommodating with the one golf cart they have for the guests. The food was excellent and the staff went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect. Henry and Jonathan at the restaurant on the upper level were amazing. The spa was divine and the massages were amazing, make sure you do spa 😉 we did not visit any of the near by towns as our 2 nights was just to detach from a hectic schedule. Don’t hesitate and go ahead and book this place.
