Friendly staff. Clean room (we stayed in a bedroom with private bathroom). Good internet. Parking off site. Well located. Easy walk to lake front, restaurants and street shopping. Do not quite understand a review we read from a person claiming to have travelled for 7 years and found the hostal one of the worst that she had been! We would certainly recommend this place for future travellers

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, ya que se encuentra cerca donde se toman las lanchas y, cerca de la calle Santander, donde hay restaurantes, bares, zona de artesanías, etc. No le asigno las 5 estrellas porque nos ubicaron en el 4to piso y, con las maletas, mi niño y lo demás, resultaba muy pasado subir y bajar. Además, el hotel casi estaba vacío y, a pesar de eso, nos dejaron hasta arriba. Sin embargo, SÍ recomendaría este hotel. El desayuno muy bueno y, como llevamos vehículo, el eatacionamiento estaba justo al lado del hotel. Todo bien. La habitación amplia, limpia y bien silenciosa.

La habitación huele a humedad, aún teniendo siempre abierta la ventana, no se iba el mal olor, ya que la ventana no da al exterior. A la hora de dormir si teníamos que cerrar la ventana, ya que la zona es bastante ruidosa. No hay perchas, ni para colgar las toallas, por lo que no conseguían secarse y eso hacía aumentar el olor en la habitación. Cortina de la ducha con moho.

Toallas rotas y manchadas de lejía. Espejo enano. No hay perchas, ni para colgar las toallas. Cortina de la ducha con moho. No dejes comida a la vista, hay hormigas en la habitación. Muy ruidoso. La ducha tiene poca presión si quieres agua caliente. Personal amable. Agua disponible para beber. Buena ubicación. Wifi correcto. El desayuno esta muy bueno.
